removing a filesystem from zonecfg zonecfg is used to remove a filesystem added in the zone configuration file (.xml). in my case: raw: /dev/vx/rdsk/zone-fs-to-remove/fs-to-remove which is /fs-to-remove on the zone. (global-zone:/)# zonecfg -z zone info fs | grep fs-to-remove dir: /fs-to-remove special: /dev/vx/dsk/zone-fs-to-remove/fs-to-remove raw: /dev/vx/rdsk/zone-fs-to-remove/fs-to-remove (global-zone:/)# zonecfg -z zone zonecfg:zone> remove fs dir=/fs-to-remove zonecfg:zone> commit zonecfg:zone> exit (global-zone:/)# zonecfg -z zone info fs | grep fs-to-remove (global-zone:/)#
